What to write about
- A broken or wrong playlist. Tell me the playlist name and what is wrong. These get fixed the same week.
- A typo or a puzzle error. Give me the puzzle number and what you found. Corrections go into the next printing, and I will tell you whether it made it.
- A Challenge Puzzle you think is unsolvable. Send the puzzle number. Every one was machine-verified as having exactly one solution, so if one is genuinely broken I want to know immediately — and if it is not, I will walk you through the deduction.
- Bulk orders. Senior centers, libraries, memory care and activity directors — email me directly rather than ordering copy by copy.
- Review copies. Happy to discuss.
Response time
Usually within two business days. If a week goes by with no reply, the message did not reach me — try again or call.
